Shipping policy

It is my aim to prepare and despatch orders as quickly as possible. I will usually despatch orders within 3-4 days. However, please be aware that I am a sole trader and manage all aspects of Devon Melts myself, so from time to time situations may arise which will cause unavoidable delays. I will always do my best to provide a speedy service to my customers and to communicate any unforeseen delays.

Occasionally, items are delayed or go missing in the post.  We will attempt to trace any missing parcels with the carrier, in line with their terms of service. Parcels which cannot be traced will be replaced wherever possible with all the items ordered. Where an item is no longer available, the customer will be offered an alternative replacement product or offered a partial refund. It is not our policy to issue refunds where it is possible to issue replacement goods.  

All orders up to 2kg will be despatched either 1st or 2nd class (selected at checkout) and will be sent using Royal Mail 'signed for' service.

Orders over 2kg may be delivered by a courier.
